After a thriving career in Italy, WelcHome International was pleased to welcome Daniele to the team. As a motivated, results-oriented professional, he combines his negotiation skills with his passion for the property market. Able to speak Italian and French as he worked as an international property finder for several years. Creative and business-oriented, Daniele, with his partner Pietro Scano, invented a new way to purchase properties in Italy, the "Acquisto Programmato" or "Planned Purchase" and thanks to the interviews made with a newspaper like "Il Sole 24 Ore" and local televisions, all Italian property market had the benefit of this method.
His passion for photography gave him the chance to put those skills at the service of the estate field.
All began working with a photographer as an assistant photographer years ago. He became a creative photographer capturing true stories and inspirations all across the UK and beyond, but France and Italy are also two countries that he's working with and new promotions and possibilities are coming in the near future.
His photography is all about capturing honest and genuine moments from dazzling smiles to each other side expressions of art and daily routine...
His passion is taking photographs that you'll fall in love with every single time you have seen them and he will be documenting every single part of your property to shine as few other do.
